      • The dishwasher is not reaching the proper temperature required to sanitize dishes and cutlery. the reading was at 52 degree Celsius.I spoke with Emma, who was in charge that day, and discussed over the phone with Elissa, and informed her that your facility must immediately switch to using disposable plates and cutlery until one of the following corrective actions is completed:1. The dishwasher is repaired and able to reach the required sanitizing temperature, or2. You implement a modified three compartment sink method, with an approved sanitizing step at the end of the wash–rinse–sanitize process.- The Jr. Preschool room: 2 compartment sink and there is no Sanitize step performed to sanitize the dishes and cutlery. The operator informed that they do an air dry step after the 2 compartment wash and rinse. A sanitize step must be performed either through a mechanical dishwasher or a modified 3rd sink sanitize step.

      • The high-temperature dishwasher was not operational during the inspection. Until the dishwasher is repaired, children's utensils and dishes should be switched to disposable. Larger pieces of cooking equipment such as pots or mixing bowls can be washed in the sinks.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There were not any paper towels available for hand drying. Upon request, new paper towels were added to the kitchen. Please ensure there are always paper towels available for proper hand drying.

      • - A mop and mop bucket are being stored within the confines of the dry storage area. At the time of inspection, the mop bucket was filled with water that had been used for cleaning. To minimize the risk of food contamination, please ensure that cleaning materials are adequately separated from all food-related items.

      • - A variety of items are being stored on the floor in the dry storage area, hindering easy access to cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces. Please remove items from the floor to allow for easy access to cleaning.

      • - In the dry storage area, there is debris that has been spotted on the floor between the freezer unit and the wall. Please ensure the area is cleaned to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, while minimizing the attraction to pests.
