Please ensure an adequate cover is provided.Fish room - the black shelf at the back of the fish room was over four feet and was not secured from tipping. Please secure.

      • The flooring by the coat storage in the Apples room is damaged and in disrepair. Floor tiles were observed to be damaged with some corners missing and the transition strip was loose and cracked.
