      • Chemicals were accessible to children in the bathrooms.Bumblebee room - an unlabeled bottle of hand sanitizer was observed.

      • Fish room - An electrical outlet on the wall was taped. Please ensure an adequate cover is provided for the electrical outlet.Fish room - Electrical outlets on the opposite wall were cracked and taped. Please ensure an adequate cover is provided.Fish room - the black shelf at the back of the fish room was over four feet and was not secured from tipping. Please secure.

      • The flooring by the coat storage in the Apples room is damaged and in disrepair. Floor tiles were observed to be damaged with some corners missing and the transition strip was loose and cracked. Repair/refinish the flooring and ensure it is smooth, impervious, durable and easy to clean.> Please verify correction. April 13 2026

      • Fish room - a ceiling panel was missing from the bathroom ceiling. Replacement required.

      • Fish room - the ventilation cover in the bathroom was observed to be dirty. Cleaning required.Fish room - a light was hanging down by the wires in the fish bathroom. Repair required.

      • Some washrooms were lacking paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers or had broken dispensers which were not being used.Toilet paper was not observed to be installed ion the dispensers.Paper towel was not observed in some washrooms.Pleas ensure all washrooms are adequately stocked with toilet paper and paper towel which are present on adequate dispensers.
