- Handwashing stations (staff washroom and Deli department) were not equipped with paper towels in suitable dispensers. Paper towels were directly placed on the counter tops near the sink. The importance of having paper towels in dispensers was discussed with the operator, and Options with reduced risk of contamination were also provided. ** Provide suitable paper towel dispensers at each handwashing station.
