- There was a reusable tea towel in the kitchen. This was removed during the inspection. Do not use reusable tea towels. Hands must be dried with paper towels and dishes must be air dried to prevent contamination.

- There was a rug covering flooring in kitchen area. Please remove rug. All surfaces must be smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.
