      • *** Reusable non-critical equipment such as tweezers were cleaned and treated with 70% isopropyl alcohol. This isopropyl alcohol did not have a DIN issued by Health Canada and was not a disinfectant.Corrective Actions:- Going forward, ensure reusable, cleanable equipment is cleaned then disinfected with at least a low level disinfectant with a DIN.- Ensure the manufacturer's instructions for use are followed.
