      • Yes (corrected during inspection) - there was minimal (0 to 10ppm) chlorine sanitizer concentration in the bar glass-washer, with the required minimum amount to be at 100ppm concentration. This was adjusted at time of inspection. The operator is to ensure regular maintenance of the bar glass-washer (alongside the kitchen commercial dishwasher).
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Yes (corrected during inspection) - chlorine test strips were not available for use at the bar glass-washer. The operator and staff are to 'check' and measure the chlorine sanitizer concentration once per work day, with the required amount of chlorine concentration to be at minimum of 100ppm. This was corrected at time of inspection.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Yes (corrected during inspection)- the posted Food Handling Permit was an expired version (dated to September 30, 2025), with the current version of the Food Handling Permit (expiry date September 30, 2026) to be continually posted in a conspicuous location, visible to the public. This was corrected at time of inspection.
