- Corrective Action(s): High temperature dishwasher requires servicing. In the interim, all dishes, utensils, equipment, etc. to be washed, rinsed, sanitized in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes at the 2 compartment sink then air dryed. Note: premise is currently operating as takeout only.
