- - Insect monitor trap observed with cockroaches. This is on-going pest issue.
- - Mouse droppings observed on the floor underneath counter holding the ice shaving machine
- Corrective Action(s):
- - Ensure to check the trap everyday. If there is any capture, discard the trap and replace with a new one. Trap was discarded at the time of inspection.
- - Remove the mouse droppings. Wipe with bleach sanitizer.
- - Spray treatment recommended to the operator for stronger control measure for cockroach. Ensure to have all food items contained/ protected during the treatment. A deep cleaning should be conducted after the treatment before opening. Operator in agreement.

- To prevent cockroach population, do caulking around the counter sink to seal any gaps between the sink and the wall. Treat the drains on the floor. Pull out the ice machine to clean the area. Ensure there are no syrup residues left on the squeeze bottles and the area around them overnight. No food residue should be remained on the surface.
