      • Facility needed additional thermometers to monitor refrigeration temperatures. Facility did not have a probe thermometer. Note: the freezer was not plugged in/monitored at the time of inspection.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?

      • Hand sink did not have soap & paper towel. CDI: stocked area with soap and loose roll of paper towel.Please consider installing dispensers at both of the hand sinks. All hand sinks must always be stocked with soap, paper towel, & hot/cold running water.
