- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Live ants were observed under the dishwasher area and having a trail under it.
- Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the area. Contact pest control and have them provide action to control ants. Pest-control in please already, coming only 2 months

- Observation: Ants observed in and around area where drain pipe is leaking. Ant trap with lots of ants surrounding this trap observed. As it is submerged in water, so are the ants. Did not observe in other areas. Discussed with staff and are aware of problem, as is their Pest Control technician. There is a plan in place to seal off entry points.
- Corrective Action(s): Make sure the drain is fixed so water can't mix with food debris and create a food source ofr the ants. Make sure any and all food is cleaned up at the end of the day. Make sure access points are fully investigated and blocked off to prevent ant entry.

- Observation: Dish pit sink drain pipe observed leaking. Wastewater being intercepted by bucket, but the bucket full and overflowing onto floor under and around dish sink. Some food debris and an ant hotel submerged in ponding water.
- Corrective Action(s): Fix leak in pipe. Send pic of completed work within fourteen days.
- Make sure staff regularly empty container such that it won't overflow until such time as the pipe can be repaired.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer auto-feed at sinks connected to supply of floor cleaner, not quats. Measured two active sani-buckets which measured 0 ppm quats. Operator switched out and added correct chemical.
- Corrective Action(s): Make sure to train staff with the differences between chemical labels and what their uses are for.
- **Get a shelving unit for chemical storage to ensure staff can easily access all chemicals.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 sani-buckets in front-of-house tested at 0ppm quats. 1 sani-bucket in front-of-house tested at 50-100ppm quats
- Corrective Action(s): Replace sanitizer solution with 400ppm quats solution at the dispensers. Ensure to let the line run for a few seconds before filling sani-buckets. Test solution strength when replacing solutions.
