      • Observation: No paper towels in dispenser in concession.
      • Corrective Action(s): Make sure all dispensers are properly stocked at all times.

      • Observation: Mouse activity observed throughout concession floor (minor). Moderate to significant droppings and yellow insulation material noted behind and around ice machine. May be related to insulation material encasing the plumbing and/or electrical pipe network. Mice may actually be using as pathway between multiple levels in building or to and from the ceiling.
      • Corrective Action(s): A more aggressive plan of action must be implemented in all the concessions to eliminate mice and block pathways of movement throughout building as discussed. Pest Control should visit more regularly and provide multiple methods of mouse control implementing Integrated Pest Management techniques. Staff must follow and support Pest COntrol practices by keeping facility clean and free of food access for rodents. Traps can be moved to clean, but need to be replaced, following PCO advice. Keep this office informed of progress with pest mangement practices and actions.

      • Observation: Big pile of door insulation noted at base of pocket door. Obvious mouse activity noted along same wall with bite marks exposing inside of wall.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have Pest Control target this area for mouse activity. Plug up all access points or places of harbourage as discussed.
