     • Observation(s): The use of 3% hydrogen peroxide does not produce a solution of between 550-1100 ppm sanitizer. If straight 3% hydrogen peroxide is used the surfaces must be rinsed after sanitizing . The surfaces are not rinsed after sanitizing. Use a proper concentration of hydrogen peroxide or QUATS sanitizer.
