      • Immediately resume recording temperature checks of coolers, freezers, and hot holding at least twice daily to confirm foods are being stored at safe temperatures. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. All hot holding sinks fully stocked with soap, paper towels, and hot and cold water. All coolers measured 4°C or below and freezers measured -18°C or below. Three compartment sink for warewashing; quat sanitizer measured 300ppm. Hydrogen peroxide surface sanitizer measured 500ppm. All hot holding measured 60°C or above. Time control followed for room temperature potentially hazardous foods. Overall, facility was clean and well maintained, no signs of pests at time of inspection.
