- Sanitizing solution to sanitize food contact surfaces was not observed in the facility. A fresh quat solution was prepared and concentration was noted to be at 200 ppm. The operator was advised to ensure that the sanitizing solution is present in the facility at all times.

This creates a nuisance that is or might become injurious or dangerous to the public health or that might hinder in any manner the prevention or suppression of disease is deemed to have created, committed or maintained a nuisance.Abate all nuisance conditions once repairs are completed.

- Technicians are actively working on updating the plumbing system by installing new plumbing lines from the utility sink to the grease trap and sealing off existing plumbing lines. The floor tiles and sub flooring (cement) are excavated as part of the update which has resulted in accumulation of large pile of dirt in operational areas of the kitchen.Remove the dirt, seal off the plumbing lines, install subflooring and flooring once necessary repairs are completed. Clean and sanitize all affected surfaces and equipment prior to beginning operation after all repairs have been completed and approval to operate has been granted by an Executive Officer.
