- Corrective Action(s): As discussed, if this cooler goes above 4 deg C/40 deg F for long periods of time and is only cold in the morning, this could cause bacterial growth on the food. Ensure the cooler maintains 4 deg C or less consistently throughout the day. Food should not be above 4 deg C for more than 2 hours

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Premises has removed paper towels and liquid soap from front handwashing station. Supervisor indicated that they were told previously not to use it as either a handwash station or a coffee urn/pot rinsing and dump station, but not both.
- Corrective Action(s): As discussed, it is important to have this handstation fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towels as your facility was approved with this handsink as one of the requirements (the other handsink is all the way near the back of the kitchen). Rinsing and dumping of coffee in the handsink is acceptable provided that no utensils/items are being stored in the sink and it is not obstructed (ie. it must remain accessible for handwashing at all times)

Pest control company has been changed from company provided from Wal-mart to one of McDonald's choosing. Pest control company on site during inspection doing inspection and repair of identified areas of concern.

- Observation: Required cleaning from routine inspection has been done with exception of under chemical storage rack across from three compartment sink. However more mouse droppings found in dry storage area on bottom shelf as well as shredded paper/nesting materials found between wall and first dry storage shelving unit.

Remove dry storage items around droppings, discard any damaged or open product immediately around this area and clean and sanitize area.
