- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 100 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip. Staff prepared fresh sanitizer during inspection which measured at 200 ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Maintain sanitizer at 200 ppm QUATs concentration for adequate sanitation of food contact surfaces. Verify sanitizer strength as per approved sanitation plan using available QUATs test strips.
