- 1. Container with rice scoop observed stored directly under the paper towel dispenser. Staff moved the equipment to a different part of the kitchen.
- 2. Rice scoop observed stored in room temperature water in container. Staff placed ice in the container during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is stored away from potential sources of contamination. All in-use utensils must be stored in ice water bath and changed every 4 hours (or as per approved sanitation plan).
