- **-The following food equipment were found in the meat cutting area in poor sanitary conditions and require thorough cleaning: The large metal sieve/strainer stored under the prep table, the Viel belt sander/grinder on the table, the lower shelves of the prep tables, all walk-in cooler doors, handles, and shelving/racks. All equipment must be visibly cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition

These areas must be thoroughly cleaned and kept always in sanitary condition
