- 09. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Critical)?
- The growth of mold is visible inside the outer spray ring of the ladybug water structure. The cap of this structure will need to be removed in order to conduct a thorough cleaning and sanitization of the outer spray ring. Please ensure that this water structure is cleaned routinely to prevent further buildup.
- 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- 1. On one arm of the water table, the yellow basin of the water is cracked undermining the structural integrity of the water table.Please ensure that the equipment is maintained in good repair at all times.2.The blue tube of the water table is too loose inside the red support structure, this is creating a pinch/crush point on the water table. Please ensure that pinch/crush points hazards are mitigated on all equipment.3. The water hose that provides water to the water table has been unearthed in the sand pit. This creates a significant tripping hazard. Please ensure the water hose remains buried at all times.
