      • A container of raw chicken was being stored above, cut vegetables in the upright cooler. Please ensure that all raw meat are stored below and away from produce and ready to eat foods.

      • Large quantities of foods are being prepared at one time resulting in foods being held at room temperature for prolonged periods. Cook food and small, smaller batches and put it directly into coolers.

      • Cockroach activity noted under front handsink.A can of Raid was present. Do not use in commercial kitchen. Pesticide may only be applied by a licensed pest control operator. Declutter and clean under sink. Remove all the unneeded materials from the kitchen.

      • Rice container requires cleaning.

      • - Upright glass cooler is 12.7 Celsius. All foods removed at time of inspection. Please do not use until foods are maintained below four Celsius.Note: front display cooler where is above four Celsius what time is it inspection but had been open for restocking please verify the temperature after one hour to insure it is beliw 4 Celsius.

      • — mouse, droppings noted in purple cupboard under till.

      • — cleaning required on top of fridges and coolers and high dusting.- please remove all items from purple covered under POS and deep clean.
