- Observation: Paper towel dispenser in the washroom is empty. Operator is using rolls of paper towels and storing it on the ledge since these do not fit in the dispenser. Soap dispenser at the hand sink in the BOH is empty.
- Corrective Action(s): Order the proper paper towels for the dispenser or replace dispenser with one that can store the roll of paper towels. Do not store the roll of paper towels on the ledge where it can easily fall off. Provide soap in a mounted dispenser at the hand sink. Use of "pump" soap in the mean time is acceptable.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer dispenser was not working properly. Unable to dispense sanitizer, sanitizer was also not properly dilluted as per manufacturer instructions.
- Corrective actions: contact service company to request proper set up of sanitizer dispenser. Product requires dillution. Reviewed how to set up sanitizer solution in 2 compartment sink for the meantime until service. (1/2 oz. quats, 3/4 filled water)

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer dispenser didn't seem to be working. There were no test strips on-site for monitoring sanitizer concentration.
- Corrective Action(s): As discussed, dispense 1/2 oz quats in the sink and fill with water 3/4 ways up the sink. Soak washed and rinsed dishes in the sanitizer solution for 2 minutes, then air dry. Purchase some test strips.
