Yes, hot and cold running water was available at the hand-wash sink in the staff washroom.

- Yes (corrected during inspection) - the hand-wash sink was obstructed with cardboard boxes and other equipment and must be kept accessible at all times, so as to ensure ease of use by all staff for adequate hand-washing. This was corrected at time of inspection.

The operator is to enquire with the landlord to ensure there is sufficient and full water pressure at all sinks in the food premises.
