      • - The ventilation hood and buffers need cleaning and professional maintenance.

      • There are a few holes observed under the dishwashing sinks. Small amount of old mouse droppings were observed in one of the gaps. Please seal off the holes with a finishing that is smooth, easy to clean, and impervious to moisture (tile, stainless steel panel, painted drywall, etc).

      • The front customer area was not finished (pick up counter, stairs, etc.).An area of the wall underneath the kitchen hand washing sink was in disrepair.A window at the back of the kitchen does not have a glass pane and is covered with a painted board - the owner is waiting on the glass.*Repair/replace the above-noted items.
