- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Few bottles of QUATS sanitizer from the bar station had 0ppm of QUATS
- 2. QUATS sanitizer from the dispenser measured at less than 200ppm
- 3. Observed cutting board beside the grill station was not changed during the inspection (after rush hour)
- Corrective Action(s): 1. water for the dispenser was too hot that could potentially cause the chemcial to dissipate
- 2. Operator turned both water taps on for the QUATS dispenser and water temperature was able to cool down and test strip read 200ppm.
- 3. Staff changed the cutting board with a cleaned one, please always ensure all in-use utensils are flipped for every 2 hours or kept in ice water

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the follwing that could cause potential contamination
- 1. Ice scoop stored inside of the ice machine
- 2. Few bags of turkey stored on the floor
- 3. Tortilla wrap stored below raw meats
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator moved the ice scoop to a cleaned container, please DO NOT store ice scoop in the ice
- 2. Operator moved the turkey off the ground, please do not store any food on the ground
- 3. Tortilla wrap was removed from the raw meats area, this prevent any meat juice drip onto the food

- Observation: Observed dried meat juiced on the floor of the walk-in cooler (located at the storage room)
