      • Chlorine test strips in the kitchen have expired in October 2023.. Program Director ordered new chlorine test strips at the time of inspection.

    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were observed. Pest control company completes regular visits - mouse traps and bait were observed in areas that are not accessible to children. Additional pest control measures were also observed. Please clean mouse droppings in a safe manner. Implement Integrated Pest Management into the program. *Pest control report received. Follow up onsite to occur.

      • - The kitchen can use some organization and the removal of incompatible equipment, not needed for food preparation and kitchen tasks. - Cleaning equipmnet is being stored between a gap between the refrigerator and the wall. Please ensure cleaning equipment is stored away from food equipment to minimize contamination to food and kitchen equipment.
