- Observation(s): Checked chlorine level in mechanical dishwasher and found it to be 0ppm. Chlorine bottle was from last year. Chlorine should be at least 100ppm. Recommend ordering new chlorine sanitizer for mechanical dishwasher. Cleaned dishware should be sanitized in sink with sanitizer until new chlorine sanitizer is available for mechanical dishwasher.
