- Waffle irons were only being cleaned with hot water. - Ensure irons are being washed with soap and water and then sanitized.

- 1) Fridge number 3 was measuring around 10C. This fridge was only used for bread products. - Do not store any high-risk foods in the refrigerator until it is repaired. 2) Yogurt in Ice bath measured around 9C.- Monitor the temperature during service, do not fill products over the ice bath line.
