- Re-usable spoons were used for customers. No proper steps of the manual dishwashing method were followed: reported that the spoons were washed but not sanitized. Please ensure that proper manual dishwashing steps are followed (i.e. wash in hot soapy water, rinse, and then sanitize in appropriate sanitizing solution), or utilize single-use utensils only.
