- Some of the jalapeño peppers stored in a crate in the walk-in cooler were mouldy and rotten.The affected jalapeño peppers were discarded.

- Walk in cooler temperature was set at 8.5C. This was adjusted during the inspection and staff lowered the cooler temperature. Ensure the cooler temperature is set at 4C or lower at all times. Temperature monitoring should be completed throughout the day to make sure the cooler is maintaining temperature.
