      • There were boxes of frozen meat products at room temperature. The staff reported that the products has been delivered 20 minutes prior to the inspection. The items were frozen at the time of inspection and were immediately placed into the freezer.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The food handling permit was not displayed at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the permit is posted in a location where it is visible to the public.
