      • No handwashing sink was available in close vicinity of deli area where open food handling would be occurring.

      • Food and other products exposed to toxic smoke found.Other non-food products were noted with strong smoke odors. These strong odors are caused by exposure to toxic smoke from a fire.

      • No hand sink in close proximity to deli.

      • Noted that the bakery and deli display cases still had a smoke odor from the fire. Operator will be cleaning again.Note if the odor persists, then replacement of equipment will be necessary.
