      • Case of unlabelled bottles (syrup?) in refrigeration unit. Product was mould. Operator unsure what product was.
      • Discard. Ensure all foods on premises are fit for human consumption. Ensure foods are labelled.
    • Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
      • Build up of debris and grime in the hard-to-reach areas of establishment.
      • Wash, clean, and sanitize facility in full. Complete in 2 weeks.
    • Food Safety Plan/Sanitation Plan
      • Provide an updated list of products. Provide copies of your lab test pH or aW results (operator stated they had copies, to forward to EHO). Provide Food Safety plans for you jams. Complete in 2 weeks. Comments Handsink clear, sanitary, adequately supplied. Food safety protective temperatures in compliance. Dishwasher final rinse reached at least 71°C at the plate.
