      • Kinder room: white sink used for handwashing by clients did not have hot water. Corrected onsite.

      • Toddler room: blankets were not stored properly in between cots. Ensure the blankets are stored in a thinner layer so that the blankets don't touch another client's bedding.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Kinder room: bleach water spray bottle was not labeled. Corrected onsite.

      • OSC/Kinder bathroom: Paper towel was not installed in paper towel dispenser.Ensure that paper towel is stored in dispenser.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Dress up clothes rack was unstable (loose). Please repair or remove the rack to be stable and in good repair.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Infant room: Small fabric chair was soiled. Please ensure that all fabric and cloth items are laundered when soiled and at least weekly.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Preschool room: Mini fridge did not have a thermometer. Please ensure that the mini fridge has a thermometer and the temperature is checked regularly (below 4C).
