- Some mouse droppings were noted on the floor underneath the shelving units in the dry storage room/pantry. REQUIRED ACTION: clean and sanitize the affected areas as discussed during the inspection. Implement additional monitoring devices in the area. Complete the AHS Pest Control Checklist once a month and keep these lists on site for review at future inspections.
