      • Observation: Observed single use disposable and reusable food handling bowls stored with their food contact surfaces exposed to contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that all stackable food packaging and containers are stored inverted to prevent airborne contamination.

      • Observation: Observed bags of ice stored directly on the floor of walk-in freezer.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that all food and food contact packaging are stored atleast six inches off the floor. This facilitates cleaning, monitoring of pest activity and prevention of contamination from spill.

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed bottle of chemical stored on shelving with no label. Unlabelled chemicals could be used for a purpose that they are not intended for.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that all chemicals taken out of their original containers are properly labelled to identify their contents.
