    • 101 - Plans/construction/alterations not in accordance with the Regulation [s. 3; s. 4]
      • Observation: The corner moulding on the food prep counters and the counter around the dishwashing sinks was cracked and the surface was unfinished. Unfinished wood cannot be cleaned and if the surface becomes wet, the moulding will lift off.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure the food prep and dishwashing countertops are smooth, easy to clean and impermeable to moisture.
    • 101 - Plans/construction/alterations not in accordance with the Regulation [s. 3; s. 4]
      • Observation: A light bulb in the men's washroom had burned out. Light levels in the bathrooms allow proper cleaning and handwashing.
      • Corrective Action: Change the light bulb in the men's washroom.
