      • Various surface areas of the walls throughout the facility were chipped, with peeling paint and required repair/repainting. Operator informed AHS that repainting of the daycare will be carried out asap.September 23, 2024: Some wall surfaces were still chipped. The operator stated that a repainting/refinishing will be done soon. Please ensure this is completed.

      • One fluorescent light fixture cover was loose and hanging from the ceiling and required re-fastening.A few fluorescent light fixtures were burnt out and required replacement.Various surface areas of the walls throughout the facility were chipped, with peeling paint and required repair/repainting. Operator informed AHS that repainting of the daycare will be carried out asap.
