Steel wool is good around electrical and plumbing networks/pipes and can be used in conjunction with spray foam insulation if applied correctly. Discuss with property owner/manager.
      • 3) Place traps in identified areas of rodent activity, especially along walls and leading to and from confined spaces, proper locating and baiting traps are essential to success.
      • **do not use poisons for rodent control.
      • 4) If rodent activity continues a professional pest control technician may be required. Also discuss this option with owner property managers.
