Providing easy access to the sink facilitates employee handwashing. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. All coolers functioning at 4°C or below. Freezers functioning at -18°C or below. Handsink fully equipped. Two compartment sink available for warewashing. Bleach surface sanitizer measured 50ppm. Temperature logs up to date. Overall, facility is clean and well maintained. Hot holding unit functioning at 60°C or above.
