- A whisk was being stored in a metal insert inside of the hand washing basin. The whisk was stored in sanitizer, however it could become contaminated while staff wash their hands. It was removed at the request of the PHI.

- The mechanical dishwasher was ran three times and was found to have a chlorine residual of only approximately 50 ppm. A service call was put in at time of inspection, and maintenance personnel were to be arriving same day.
