    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Toddler room - the train table was covered with artificial turf and jute cloth which was glued to the table surface and therefore not properly cleanable. Please remove and ensure the surface of the train table is smooth and cleanable.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • Preschool room - paper towel was not installed in the dispenser.Please ensure paper towel is present on a dispenser.

      • A box of play-balls was stored in the washroom in the Adventurer's room. Upon request, the box was removed and the balls were set aside to be cleaned and sanitized. Please do not store toys or other items the children use in the bathroom, as they will become contaminated with fecal bacteria whenever the toilet is flushed.
