     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand washing station did not have paper towels
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all hand washing stations are stocked with hand soap and paper towels at all times. Staff refilled the paper towel dispenser.

   • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
     • Observation: 1. Open can of mango pulp stored in the walk in cooler
     • 2. Multiple containers of prepared ingredients in the walk in cooler did not have a food grade covering or lid
     • Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not use open cans as food storage containers. Once cans are open, move all food products into a food grade container. Staff dispensed the mango pulp from the can into another food grade container
     • 2. Ensure that all food is covered with a food grade lid or covering.
