Laundry is an incompatible activity with food handling. Laundry areas are to be enclosed with a door separating the non food activity from any food handling, dishwashing, storage or other food handling activities.

      • ***There was a cleaning cloth being left on the counter. Cleaning cloths should be kept in sanitizer solutions. put in the laundry or discarded after use.

      • ***The back hand sink was not stocked with paper towels. Staff washed hands in the washroom. Ensure that the hand sink is stocked and used.

      • The kitchen exhaust system and hoods are overdue for cleaning. Cleaning should have been done in September 2023. Please ensure the exhaust system and hoods are professionally cleaned.
