      • First workstation on the left upon entry: Two pairs of tweezers were observed visibly soiled. Second workstation: One pair of tweezers was observed visibly soiled.

      • At the first workstation to the left upon entry, two used razer blades were found in the drawer still in shaving handles.

      • The main container of wax was found visibly dirty with a significant amount hair in the bulk supply.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Overall facility requires a deep clean for floors, with special attention to corners and underneath/beside equipment. Workstations, including inside drawers and cabinets, require a deep clean and increased organization.
