- The food contact surface sanitizer available in the spray bottle and wiping cloth buckets had an undetectable level of quat sanitizer.Solution was remade and concentration measured 200 ppm. Ensure that food contact surface sanitizer is changed out frequently enough to maintain the solution at the required concentration (200 ppm for quat sanitizer).
