      • Quat sanitizer in the spray bottles was measured less than 100ppm.Use 200ppm Quat sanitizer and verify with test strips.

      • No pest control reports were available for review. Provide pest report for review.

      • 1) Basement's Stand-up freezer condenser was leaking, ice build-up on the bottom shelf. Repair the leak and remove the ice.2) Electric plug by the front service handwash sink was hanging outside socket.Secured the plug into the socket.

      • The food contact surface sanitizer available in the spray bottle and wiping cloth buckets had an undetectable level of quat sanitizer.Solution was remade and concentration measured 200 ppm. Ensure that food contact surface sanitizer is changed out frequently enough to maintain the solution at the required concentration (200 ppm for quat sanitizer).
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Records state that the grease interceptor was last serviced February 14, 2024.The grease interceptor should be serviced at least once a month in order to properly maintain and to help prevent backups from the grease interceptor.
