- The raw meat display case's plastic, sliding doors are cracked and being held with tape. Tape and other glues are not food grade, durable, or cleanable. Bacteria/mould will grow in the cracks. This was mentioned in the previous inspection.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Immediately new sliding doors or have new, custom made platic sliding doors made to replace the all the damaged ones. Failure to do so, will result in the issuance of orders, tickets, and/or fines.
