- The following products were past their best before dates. PHI directed employee onsite to discard the implicated products at the time of inspection:1. 1 x 1L, 18% Lactantia Table Cream - Best Before Date (January 29, 2026)2. x 1L, 10% Lactantia Half & Half Cream - Best Before Date (January 27, 2026) Action required: Please implement First In First Out procedures to prevent potentially hazardous food products (milk, meat, cheese, etc.) being offered for sale past their expiry or best before dates. Please email PHI a copy of your written First in First Out procedures by February 12th, 2026, to ensure sale and display of safe foods

- Preparation cooler thermometer was not functioning properly. Action required:Please have a detachable, functional, calibrated thermometer to ensure proper temperature maintenance by the preparation cooler. Email PHI photo or video evidence by February 9, 2026.Cooler and freezer were maintaining 4C or colder and -17C or colder respectively.
