      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both hand washing stations soap dispenser unit is broken and leaking. Staff could not wash the hands at the rear station and were using the front station. Ensure all hand washing stations have liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations have liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. Do not obstruct sink with any items. Staff refilled soap stations at the time of inspection. Both the back and front hand soap stations require repair. Correction required in two days. In the mean time, keep refilling stations or purchase a small hand soap dispenser.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli cooler is over stacked with meat and there was too much inventory to close the lid to the cooler. The fresh inventory was being held at 9C for less than 2 hours. All inventory must be held at 4C and below to prevent growth of bacteria.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure not to over stock deli cooler and maintain temperatures at 4C and below. Operator reduced inventory and closed lid at the time of inspection to reach 4C and below. The lid must be able to close in coolers. This is an repeat infraction. Further noncompliance may result in inventory being discarded and enforcement such as issuance of an Order.

Also personal items such as cellphone, chargers and personal drinks found in food prep area. This is unsanitary practice.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all prepped foods stored in proper food grade containers and covered to protect product from contamination. Ensure fly control device stored away from food and food storage areas. Ensure food prep and storage area is free of all personal items to protect food from potential contamination.
