      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk in cooler ambient temperature measured at 15C. Operator reported the cooler temperature was above 4C since last night.
      • Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods (pesto sauce, bruschetta, garlic butter spread, cheese, mayo) were probed between 11C-15C. Operator discarded items during inspection.

      • (2) No cold water available at back handsink. Operator tightened cold water knob. When turned on/off, knob loosens -> needs to be tightened each time.
      • Corrective Action(s): (1) Repair cooler. Do not store potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until it can maintain 4C or colder.
