    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Observed numerous leaks at flange locations with this slide, both at upper and lower sections. Also observed what appears to be some cracking of slide structure at flanges (bottom of slide structure has visible cracking and gaps forming, especially at joint next to slide runout).- At this time operator has closed down the slide due to our observed concerns.- No change in previously requested repairs and outstanding issues with slide floor retaining bolts -- Request that operators have the protruding bolt stems ground down and missing/broken fasteners replaced (repeat).

      • - No change in requested repairs on outstanding issues -- Discussed and reviewed outstanding concerns with slide to floor retaining bolts (Observed that some of the bolts/safety fasteners which secure the run-out for the slide are broken or missing (rusted stems sticking out of the floor)).- Request that operators have the protruding bolt stems ground down and missing/broken fasteners replaced.- No change in requested repairs on outstanding issues -- Verbally informed site manager and maintenance staff of pool deck shower concern (Observed on deck shower temperature did not reach above 32ºC, request that operators adjust the shower so as it maintains a operating temperature of between 35 to 45ºC).- Directed maintenance staff present to have the on deck shower temperature setting properly adjusted.
